Refund and Returns Policy

How Our Return & Exchange Process Works

Return Period:

  • You can request a return within 14 days of purchase.
  • After 14 days, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  • Return Conditions:

    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • It must be in the original packaging.
    • Some items are non-returnable, such as:
      • Pre-ordered items from the factory
      • Items mishandled or damaged by the customer
      • Items with opened or removed original packaging
    • Original receipt is required.
    • Do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.

    Partial Refunds:

    • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
    • Items returned after 14 days from delivery.

    Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirmation.
    • You’ll be notified if your refund is approved or rejected.
    • If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

    Late or Missing Refunds:

    • First, check your bank account and credit card statement.
    • Then contact your bank or card provider.
    • If you still haven’t received the refund, email us at info@myoro.me.

    Sale Items:

    • Only regular-priced items are refundable.
    • Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges:

    • We replace items only if defective or damaged.
    • For exchanges, email us at info@myoro.me , and send the item to our shop.

    Shipping Returns:

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Refunds will have return shipping deducted.
    • For expensive items, consider trackable shipping or insurance.
